Dex Volt

A skinny teenage boy with medium brown skin, spiky dark hair with an electric-yellow streak, big gamer headphones, yellow-tinted visor glasses. He wears an oversized purple hoodie with a lightning bolt logo, black shorts over leggings, chunky yellow sneakers, and holds a glowing handheld console.

Hyperactive, cocky, generous with snacks, terrible sleep schedule.

High school student and underground netrunner

Dex broke into the city's traffic system at twelve just to get green lights on his way to the arcade. Now the resistance pays him in pizza to do much bigger things.
