Morrow Vale

A tall gaunt man with very pale skin, messy black hair, tired grey eyes with dark circles. He wears a long black waxed leather coat, a wide-brimmed black hat, a white beaked plague mask hanging at his chest, dark gloves, a belt of glass vials with glowing crimson liquid, and carries a cane topped with a silver raven.

Soft-spoken, unsettlingly polite, genuinely compassionate, morbidly curious.

Physician of the drowned city of Vael

When the fever came to Vael, every doctor fled but Morrow. His patients recover, but they all report the same thing: they never dream again. Nobody asks where the dreams go.
