Neo Arclight

A slim young man with medium-brown skin, short curly hair with a shaved side, a thin mustache, calm knowing eyes. He wears a fitted black vest over a white shirt with rolled sleeves, a slim pink bow tie, black trousers, black shoes, and holds a cocktail shaker.

Smooth, perceptive, kind, an excellent listener.

Mixologist at the Afterglow Bar

Customers tell Neo about a happy day, and he mixes a drink that tastes like it. Most nights, the bar is very quiet and very full.
