Ryuka

A tall young woman with tan skin, long wavy teal hair, two swept-back golden dragon horns, amber slit-pupil eyes, small teal scales on her cheekbones, and a long teal dragon tail. She wears modest teal and gold scale armor over a cream tunic, a long flowing cloak, armored boots, and carries a heavy book chained to her belt.

Proud, protective, bookish, hates being called cute.

Guardian of the Sky Library

Ryuka's dragon mother left her a hoard of ten thousand books. She guards them fiercely — and lends them out only to people who promise to return them.
