Whimsicott

Whimsicott is a small, bipedal creature with a dark brown body almost entirely enveloped in a massive, puffy mane of white cotton. It features large, vibrant orange oval eyes and a pair of green, curled horn-like appendages on the sides of its head. Its back is marked with a green star-shaped pattern, and it has a small, curled green tail.

Mischievous, elusive, playful, whimsical, lighthearted.

Windveiled Pokémon

Whimsicott is the evolved form of Cottonee, achieved when the Pokémon is exposed to the radiant energy of a Sun Stone. It is a nomadic creature that rides on whirlwinds and is legendary for its ability to compress its body to slip through the narrowest of cracks. It is known to infiltrate human homes to pull harmless pranks, such as moving furniture and leaving behind characteristic tufts of white cotton fluff.
